Individual Calls
During the course, you will receive THREE Individual three individual coaching calls with the course instructor or facilitator to provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs. The first call will occur during week two, the second between weeks four and six, and the last call can be scheduled at your convenience at any time during or after the course. During these calls, you'll have dedicated time to ask questions, seek guidance, and receive personalized tools and support needed to thrive as a caregiver, every step of the way.
Group Calls
Group calls will occur twice per week during the duration of the course for 8 weeks. These sessions offer a supportive environment to discuss weekly course content, share experiences, and receive personalized guidance from our expert facilitators. Through interactive discussions and collaborative problem-solving, you'll find a sense of community and empowerment as you navigate the complexities of caregiving. Calls will be recorded for later reference.
